These terms apply when you use this website or order and use Truvo Suite (the “Software”), which is offered by Truvo Suite (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.
2. Licence
When we receive your payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Software for the plan you purchased. You must not:
- copy, resell, rent, lend or share the Software, installer or licence key
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code
- remove our name, logo or notices
- use the Software for any unlawful purpose
3. Orders and payment
The order form on our website is a request. Our team will contact you to confirm your plan, price and how to pay. Prices are in Indian rupees unless we tell you otherwise, and taxes are shown in your confirmation. An order is complete only after we receive your full payment. We may decline or cancel an order, and if we cancel after you have paid and before delivery, we will refund what you paid.
4. Delivery
The Software is a digital product. Nothing is shipped to you. After payment, we send the download link and licence details to the email address or mobile number you gave us. Please give correct contact details, because we are not responsible for delays caused by wrong details. Your address is used for billing and records.
5. No refunds
Because the Software is a digital product, all sales are final and no refunds are given after purchase. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before you order.
6. Your data and your responsibilities
Truvo Suite is offline software. It runs on your computer, and your clients’ data stays on your computer. You are responsible for:
- keeping your computer secure and taking regular backups
- the accuracy of the documents and data you load
- checking all entries, reconciliations and reports before posting them to Tally or filing any return

The Software helps you prepare entries and reports. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your compliance and filings.
7. Updates and support
We may provide updates and email support as described for your plan. We do not promise that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every version of other software.
8. Intellectual property
The Software, the name “Truvo Suite”, the logo and all related content belong to us. You receive a licence to use the Software, not ownership of it.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Software is provided “as is”, without any promise that it will meet your needs or that its results will be free of errors. Tally, the GST portal and other third-party software and services are not ours, and we are not responsible for them or for changes they make.
